1. Order Cancellation by Customers

 - You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped or processed for delivery.

 - To cancel an order, log in to your NearTap account, go to My Orders, and select the cancellation option for the specific order.

 - Once the cancellation is confirmed, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within [7] business days, based on your original payment method.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or delivered.

2. Automatic Order Cancellation

Orders may be automatically canceled in the following cases:

 - If payment is not completed within the specified timeline for orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD).

 - If the product is out of stock or unavailable.

In such cases, we will notify you immediately, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Cancellation by NearTap

NearTap reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

 - Suspected fraudulent activity.

 - Invalid or incomplete payment information.

 - Violation of any terms outlined in our Terms of Service.

If an order is canceled by NearTap, you will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed promptly.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated as follows:

 - Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., card, wallet).

 - Processing times for refunds may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees and other applicable charges may not be refunded unless the cancellation is due to an error on NearTap’s part.
